The analysis shows the options and feasibility of laser-jet method for punching aluminum foil AMg-2H with thickness of 55 microns used to corrugation outfit of aerospace honeycomb panels. Experimental studies were carried out by the complex model LCS-400-5. To form the laser-jet stream the original head design was used to minimize the loss of output power. The issues of influence of the method of the magnesium-aluminum foil perforation on its characteristics are investigated. The basic scheme of the stand for research is considered. The results of field experiments are established. |
