Process gravitational processing of granular materials in horizontal slurry flow passage accompanied by the flow of the carrier within raznonaklonnyh surfaces, and the outflow of the thickened pulp downwards. The correct description of the process carried out by developing a mathematical model of the flow in the running part of the classifier, using the Euler equation for an ideal (non-viscous) fluid. As a result of mathematical modeling of theoretical curves obtained for the velocity and acceleration of the flow, taking into account the curvature of living sections, divided into specific areas: separation, precipitation, expires. Objective ? to develop a mathematical model of the motion of the horizontal flow in the areas of separation, sedimentation and the expiration of the flow classifier based on horizontal hydraulic flow distribution in depth. Developed a mathematical model to obtain the values of velocity and acceleration in the flow characteristic areas of the process, which will justify the rational parameters of device used for gravity processing granular materials. |
