The device providing for orientation of blind people has been developed. The input of the analogue-to-digital converter is connected to the first output of the divider. The input of the divider is connected to the output of the TV camera while its second output is connected to the synchronizing pulse generator and the input of shot selector. The output of shot selector is connected to the first input of reset unit. The output of reset unit is connected to the first input of the vertical sweep, the second input of the latter is connected to the second input of the reset unit and the third output of the synchronizing pulse generator. The first input of horizontal sweep is connected to the output of reset unit while the first input of reset unit is connected to the second output of the synchronizing pulse generator and the second input of horizontal sweep. The second input of each cell is connected to the first output of the synchronizing pulse generator. The output of code memory is connected to the first input of the controlled frequency source. The output of the latter is connected to the piezocrystal. The first input of code memory in each cell is connected to the output of the analogue-to-digital converter while the second input of code memory is connected to the output of the authorization unit. The first input of the authorization unit in each cell is connected to one of the outputs of the horizontal sweep while the second input of the authorization unit in each cell is connected to one of the outputs of the vertical sweep. |
