The article investigates the essence of financial monitoring system, its special model by means of using the process and structural approaches to its investigation has been built. The studying of the above mentioned system has been conducted on two levels (macro and micro)with the description of the peculiarities of its functioning on each of them. The functions of this system have also been identified, The paper defines the functions as informational, preventive, controlling, secure, and their essence has been disclosured. The relation between the system of finance monitoring and the market of financial services has been investigated. It was defined, that in general, this system influences positively on the functioning of the mentioned market but, it can create definite obstacles in the development of the separate types of financial establishments, the peculiarities of which have been described. |
