The article researches the features of enterprises? risk management system and finds out that the effectiveness of enterprises' risk management capabilities is limited to subjective management decisions to be taken on the basis of opinions prevailing at a particular time based on the available external and internal information. According to theanalysis of the corporate governance state in Ukraine the author finds out that nearly half of the surveyed enterprises doesn?t carry out the risk managemt. This situation is associated primarily with the lack of qualified specialists in risk-based management, and the information used, mainly borrowed from foreign sources and practices of foreign companies? operating conditions which 410 differ significantly from domestic. The article deternines that the most common risk management tools are their identification, prediction and evaluation. Based on the research the author builds the model of the complex system of profit under conditions of uncertainty in order to create a reliable instrument of enterprise?s management. |
