The optimal concentration of the curing agent Telalit 410 in epoxy binder based on oligomer EHS-Epoxy 525, which is q = 8...10 parts for 100 parts epoxy oligomer and experimentally determined optimal temperature crosslinking epoxy matrix ? T = 433 K. The resulting temperature-time regimes forming and content of the hardener one can create a matrix with maximum indicators of physical, mechanical and thermophysical characteristics. In this case, the adhesive strength of the matrix by tearing of 34,4 MPa, shear 12,3 MPa, residual stresses ?3,2 MPa, modulus of elasticity ? 4,1 GPa, flexural failure ? 49,3 MPa, heat resistance of (by Martens) ? 319 K and thermal expansion coefficient 2,4 10-5 ?-1 (at 303?393 ?). |
