It had been done a substantiation an opportunity realization significant temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) for compositions with a rigid ceramic matrix and carbon filler and a high content of silica filler to 60% by weight. The volumetric changes of crystalline silica by reason of polymorphic transformations from a position of influence the conductive phase composite by way its deformation and changes in its concentration the electro conductive phase had been considered. The optimal conditions for maximizing production sensitivity resistive properties to temperature changes were being determined. |
