The necessity of establishing effective communication links between the entity and the tax office with introduction of computer and communications technologies is given in the article. The aim is to research the information exchange scheme that is generated by the enterprise accounting system and applies the accrual (payment)of taxes and fees using modern electronic communication channels. The methods of analysis and synthesis are used to structure the substantive research-based identification and formalization of the communication processes in the context of taxes and fees accounting. The proposals to improve communications with the tax office and organization the dual information exchange with the use of computer and communications equipment are given. The methodology of automatically formation of accounting postings on the basis of information received from the tax office is developed. The implementation of the research results will maximize the control opportunities of tax office and businesses on the timely formation of contractors tax documents, tax authenticity, the legality entities functioning in the residents? country and economic activity, terms of customs clearance of export-import operations, the accounting of the payment of contributions to social funds insurance, etc. |
