The paper has identified the nature and types of products of pharmaceutical companies, examined the classification of the finished product as an object of accounting. Taking into account the development strategy of the investigated companies the author considers the essence of accounting and analytical support of management of pharmaceutical companies? production. The article reveales the existing problems of the formation of such a provision with the description of the theoretical, organizational, methodological, and practical directions that due to their solutions in the future will allow a systematic approach to the improvement and adaptation of the accounting and economic analysis to the requirements of strategic management. Information requirements of guidelines for the management of a number of product assortment, its life cycle, the direction of sales, profitability have been established. The article deals will the strengthen of the strategic management of pharmaceutical companies to ensure the adequate level of profitability and competitiveness, in particular, it contributes to the implementation of modern management techniques to strengthen the competitive position of the investigated companies in the domestic and global economic space. |
