The article examines the factors causing the necessity of organization of system of economic security management of enterprises. The goal of the article is a comprehensive research of ensuring economic security of a sugar-producing enterprise for stabilization under crisis economic conditions and its successful functioning in the future. The mechanism of economic security has been defined. The methodical principles in the development of an integrated system of economic security of business have been identified. The author substantiates the necessity of foundation of economic security departments at a sugar-producing enterprise and their staff layout. The efficiency and reliability of the system is to be assessed under the following criteria: increasing of tangible and intangible assets, stable development, in-time neutralization of negative factors. Ways to improve the efficiency of providing economic security should be based on the understanding of the nature of these economic categories, professional management and timely decision-making, monitoring and identification of systemic adverse impacts of external and internal environments. |
