The article compares the functionality of the most common software for automation of labor and salary accounting that allows to identify its similar and different characteristics. The results of tradebusinesses? managers and accounting personnel surveys on subject of labor and salary accounting software are given. The practical recommendations to establish the automated labor and salary accounting system adequate to management requirements using "1C: Salary and Personnel Management for Ukraine" computer accounting system are developed. The algorithm of implementing of the program module in the commercial enterprises? accounting service activities is developed. It is proved that the use of proposedsoftware will help keep records of labor and salary with minimal time and labor expenses; generate information for control of staff performance plan; implement to analyze stuff analysis; plan labor costs; generate reports on labor and salaries; monitor labor discipline compliance. |
