In the article the method of evaluation of terms of luminosity of any districts of earthly surface is offered through such parameters is an azimuth and corner of place of a Sun in topocentric punktovoy to the spherical system of coordinates. By basis for the calculation of co-ordinates a Sun the method of fundamental arguments is chosen. The results of experimental researches are resulted in relation to the evaluation of exactness of calculations by the offered method. |
