The method of temperature measurement of metal in the area of its cutting relates to machine building and can be used in quality metal cutting technologies. The method includes carrying out openings in the cutting point where the opening directly in the cutting point corner is carried out, the activated crystal is placed in it and the metal-removal process under given mode is carried out. Then the activated crystal is removed and by the diffractometer crystal latitude values of the activated metal is taken. According to the existing temperature table It is found corresponding a temperature value for them which is the desired temperature value of metal in its cutting area. The technical result is improvement of measurement accuracy. |
