A method of processing cylindrical disk and crown gears includes blanking and turning operations with forming of crown and disk, rough gear processing, heat treatment and final gear processing, which are carried out consecutively. The final rotary machining of crown and disk is additionally is carried out after final gear processing. This execution of method makes it possible to increase accuracy and carrying capacity, to extend the service life of gear drives. |
