The proposed method of segmentation of a digital color video picture consists in determining the objects of the picture which geometric characteristics should be determined, determining the characteristic features of the picture elements such as the brightness and the color of the element, dividing the indicators into groups by a simulated neuron net, determining the belonging of the indicator of each picture element to the defined group, and isolating the picture elements by the indicator groups. The proposed method is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy in determining the characteristics of picture elements. |
