An end mill contains a housing, cutting elements, springs and a master form securely fastened on the machine tool. In the openings of housing sliders are located, in which with possibility of adjustment of axial and radial position cutting elements are fixed. In the center of housing a disk is located with possibility of free displacement in horizontal plane. Against the periphery of disk from diametrically opposite sides pistons are forced, which by means of springs are pulled from the sliders. In the sliders racks are fastened, on which bearings are eccentrically installed, which are pressed against the surface of the master form, which shape corresponds to the dependence.The invention provides for increase of tool stability, improvement of quality and accuracy of working, output increase of the working process. |
