The problem of increase of the parts life of a vehicle by technological methods at production and repair is analyzed in the article. Among considered are welding, fusing, plastic deformation, surface plastic deformation, gas-thermal sputtering, galvanic coatings, soldering, putting synthetics, ultrasonic machining. Carried out the analysis is given an opportunity to separate out strengthening vibromechanical treatment in an elastic medium (SVTEM) as a resource-saving method which has large manufacturing capabilities and high economic efficiency. |
