In the article a design is expounded with the use of MGRA on the two-bit of experimental information of tool life of the work-hardened cylindrical milling cutters in presence different technological environments. A model is got as dependence of tool life on running-in speed of cutting (forming of the second work-hardened structures), tooth loading, milling speeds after running-in, depths of cutting and adhesion coefficient of pair of friction P6MS-12X18H10T in presence different technological environments. The analysis of model shows that most influences in the set turn-down the probed factors on tool life of milling cutters has speed of milling after earning extra a money, feed and running-in speed in close intercommunication of the controlled parameters between itself. |
