The cutting-off tool with lateral parts of the principal cutting edge having similar plan angles and medium part with face, and the formed stage frontal surface including the stage lowered and extending from the principal cutting edge inclined to the medium part. For improving the cutting-off tool resistance on the account of reinforcing the strength, the crossing angle between the latter and the side part of the edge, formed with the lowered stage and the medium part of the edge, is executed larger that the angle of crossing of the latter with the other edge side part; at that the face width is executed the greatest on the medium top and decreasing from the both sides of it in direction of peripheral top and medium top bordering to the lowered stage. |
