Accounting is a basic information system of the enterprise. As information system it has the aim to make the information flows connected with the management of different legal entities. Accounting information is the gathering of information/data/ about current facts, effects and procedures of the individual enterprise. In general it is the cumulative information about the enterprise?s property status and financial position, changes, which have taken place as a result of business transactions, whole enterprise?s activity and financial results from its performing. To construct a single well-organized accounting information system it?s obligatory to use accounting programming products. One of the main activities of accounting staff in the form of computerized accounting using accounting software is the proper organization of documents circulation. The efficiency of work increases while entering data in the correctly prepared documents. There are no limitations and special requirements for source documents dealing with microcomputers. We use the existing source documents for manual form of accounting. They may change, if it?s necessary, which is not essentially reflected on the computer run. These prerequisites are one great advantage in the implementation of different programmes. The aim consists in the economies of time for machining the documents. To construct a single well-organized accounting information system it?s obligatory to use accounting programming products, i.e. accounting software. |
