The algorithm of automated selection of available spacecrafts as means of optoelectronic Earth surveillance based on the NORAD/NASA catalog is offered. These spacecrafts are useful for imaging given areas on the Earth surface under the limited time frame conditions and proceed from requirements to defined mission information quality. The application of the offered algorithm allows to minimize time needed to fulfill orders on tailored, costsufficient, reliable defined mission information from available commerce foreign spacecrafts. |
