The foreign experience of employees share on management of property and production has been considered. The fundamentals of the ESOP model (financial mechanism of employees share ownership program) have been distinguished. Also the experience of PLC NKMZ on the democratizing the interim management has been described. The result of such an experience is the new philosophy of the system of strategic personnel management accepted as well as creating the effective owners from the staff members. |
