The article investigates the algorithmic processing of digital images with the measuring information on mechanical sizes. The information on geometric parameters and parameters of motion of objects, which is contained in time sequence of images is also included. The basis of algorithmic processing is the use of artificial neural networks. The purpose of algorithmic processing is the increase of accuracy and response of measurements of geometric parameters of objects and parameters of their motion. The methods of filtration, recovery, segmentation, parameter estimation of motion and geometric parameters on the basis of time sequences of images and artificial neural networks are developed. For this purpose adaptive linear neural network are used. The algorithms of set-up artificial neural networks are developed. Procedures of training and the adaptation artificial neural networks provide compensation of additional errors of measurements. These errors arise under an operation of the unfavorable and non-stationary factors in conditions of manufacturing of industrial production. |
