The new method of modeling and analysis of process of binary control sequence of events for the industrial process line is developed. The method combines mathematical model in the form of equations of control gears of the process line and electron analog of this model in the form of the digital electrical circuit consisting of triggers and logic elements. The example of modeling of a control system of a segment foundry forms is considered. The set of equations on the basis of Boolean algebras is obtained. These equations describe logic conditions, which determine transition to improvement of certain control actions on control object. The functional electrical circuit of a control system is developed. In this scheme, the sequence of events to control the actuators is given in a specific order of connection of memory elements, delay lines, and gates. The analysis of system availability in the program of circuit modeling is carried out in the circuit simulation program. This program supports the work with digital circuitry and builds timing charts. The obtained model can be used at designing of automated control systems of productions. |
