The methods enhance the action of the explosion in the bottom of the charge. The efficiency of the use of the interaction of detonation waves, which spread from the intermediate detonators, at the foot of the ledge is proved. The condition, presupposed the meeting of detonation energy flows at the bottom of the ledge is provided. It is shown that the use of regular internal downhole retarders of nonelectric initiation systems may not provide the required deceleration intervals between the upper and lower demolition intermediate detonators. The artice offers to define additional waveguide length required for the initiation of the top detonator that should remain on the surface at the junction with the surface network of waveguides required for certain values of placements of upper and lower intermediate detonators in hole charges with respect to the shoulder level of the sole. The values of the additional length of the waveguide to the different velocities of detonation explosives are calculated and the necessary deceleration intervals are set. The borehole charge design, which provides a meeting of detonation energy flows at the foot of the ledge is proposed. It is proved that the minimum permissible distance of the upper and lower intermediate detonators to the point of meeting on the soles of the shoulder level should be set for the stabilization condition of detonation waves, which spread from the detonaiters. In case of equal distances from the upper and lower intermediate detonators to the sole shoulder the additional length of the waveguide surface is equal to the distance between the two detonators. |
