The front graduated cutter contains framework (5), the front part of it is manufactured in the shape of the cut cone, and preliminary (1) and finishing (3) cutting elements divided into groups, each of them has the shape of a helix, and the consequent cutting elements of groups are located on the concentric circles relating to the cutter, at the same time, finishing cutting elements (3) are set in the body sockets of the (5) cutter.
For reducing roughness of the processed surface and increasing resistance of the front graduated cutter into each group of cutting elements it was additionally added semi-finishing cutting elements (2) located on the concentric circles relating the cutter, and they are set in the sockets of cutter body (5), at the same time the consequent cutting elements of groups are located with different angle step in between, and preliminary cutting elements (1) are set into ax slots of the additionally added knots (4) of damping, that are located in the slots of the cutter body (5) and each of them contains the body of damping knot (6), which is pressed by the springy damping element (7) and plates (10) with radial and vertical screws consequently, located in the screw slots of the (5) cutter frame.
