Area of implementation: machine-building, propulsion engineering. Main point of the invention: preliminarily for all the angles of turn of crankshaft with given pitch by period of its rotation for combustion engine (CE) of given type chosen as reference one determines and remembers corresponding to those instantaneous values of adjusted moment of inertia of CE. After that one measures instantaneous values of angular acceleration of crankshaft through double digital differentiation of angle of turn by time at disconnected loading on steady or unsteady modes of operation. After that one calculates instantaneous values of torque of CE as product of remembered instantaneous values of adjusted torque of CE and respective instantaneous values of angular acceleration of crankshaft. Torque is determined as average value by period of change of all calculated instantaneous values |
