The invention relates to instrument making, in particular to electric measuring devices with measuring mechanisms movable section of which is fixed on bifilar bracing wires. According to method of fixation of bifilar bracing wires of movable section of measuring device loops formed on movable section of single bracing wires are connected to pre-bended damping springs (AP) by means of technological onlays installed on AP with support elements with rounded support surface placed on those. Support elements of technological onlays hold respective tops of loops ends of branches of which are connected to movable section at opposite sides at axis of rotation. After that by means of technological onlays one performs pre-tightening of loop branckes and preliminary bending of working sections of AP. At that preliminary tightening of loop branches is performed through displacement of technological onlays along the surface of adjoining of tops of the loops to working sections of AP with gradual separation of support elements from axis of rotation of movable section with following fixation of technological onlays on AP, and pre-bending of working sections of AP is provided due to deforming those with technological onlays at fixation at AP. After that nodes of loop tops adjoining to support elements of technological onlays undergo effect of mechanical vibrations. After that branches of loops are connected to pre-bended working sections of AP. After that AP are released from technological onlays. The invention provides increase of manufacturability and reliability of fixation of bifilar braces. |
