Digital measuring device for instantaneous frequency in electric network relates to area of electric measurements, measurement of frequency of current in electric network at control of quality of electric energy. Digital measuring device for instantaneous frequency in electric network includes connected in series transformer to input of which voltage under investigation is applied, key, counter of pulses with reference frequency and digital indicator. To the second input of the key generator of counter pulses of reference frequency is connected, and to the other inputs of the counter for pulses with reference frequency and digital indicator control device is connected, this is connected with its input to the second output of transformer. As counter of pulses of reference frequency there is counter with reverse count output of which is connected to digital indicator. In digital measuring device for instantaneous frequency proposed design is simplified, with increase of processing speed and reliability of measuring device.
