The invention relates to measuring engineering. Aeroionic micro-coulometer has precision operational amplifier, integrating block, block of input resistance, block for zero installation, block for selection of ranges, indication block and power supply block. To resistor of block of input resistance indicator and input capacitor are connected, additional resistor is connected to inverting input of precision operational amplifier, and its non-inverting input through second additional resistor if connected to ?earth?. To outputs of zero setting of precision operational amplifier variable resistor of block of zero installation is connected. Capacitor of integrating block has connected in parallel contacts of switch of manual or automated clear of indications. Output of precision operational amplifier through output resistor is connected to resistor of block for selection of range, to connection point of those non-inverting input of second operational amplifier is connected. Between the input of the second operational amplifier and point of connection of connected to ?earth? resistor and third additional resistor that is connected to inverting input of second operational amplifier magnetoelectric measuring mechanism of block of indication is connected, with zero inside the scale. Power supply outputs of operational amplifiers are connected to respective poles of two electro-chemical sources of power supply block common point of which is connected to ?earth?. The invention makes it possible to measure amount of electricity as concentration of electric charges of aeroions in given point of air space of environment irrespectively of state of those, of density and velocity of displacement, in field and other conditions without use of electric network.
