A device for controlling projections of shape-generating elements of a multifluted end tool comprises a mandrel that hosts a contact flange. In a contact flange the first insulating sleeves fitted with fixed contacts and/or second insulating sleeves with spring-loaded movable contacts are mounted. The fixed contacts and/or movable spring-loaded contacts are arranged in the plane perpendicular to the mandrel axis, with possibility of coming into contact with shape-generating elements of the multifluted end tool. The mandrel is fed by a negative charge, and the fixed contacts and movable spring-loaded contacts are fed by a positive charge. The invention provides increased accuracy of projections of shape-generating elements of the multifluted end tool, increased output and possibility of adjustment by semi-skilled personnel. |
