Evaluation of investments, its index, innovations, production output and its index in the engineering industry in pre -crisis and crisis periods has presented efficiency of work and has given a possibility to forecast tendencies of their development in the following years. Th e concept of development of engineering in Russia taking into consideration the scale factor has designed, to the great extent, similar development for Ukraine. |
