Concept and essence of salary and influence on enterprise?s activit y have been determined. Functions of salary at an enterprise have been emphasized. It has been proved that they are interconnected and only when they are totally performed the effective salary organization can be reached. It has been determined that for performing salary functions the adherence to principles, which have been researched, is needed. |
