The purpose of the article is to research hypotheses about correspondence of salary in Ukraine with theories of permanent potential growth. Analysis of minimal salary, calculated on the basis of the human capital theory, as well as its comparison with the size of minimal salary, set by legislation, have been presented. With this purpose the appropriate econometric model has been introduced. The formed model proves correctness of determining the amount of basic salary basing on the human capital theory and may be applied for calculating employee?s salaries. |
