Application of production expense function in forming salary fund at enterprise has been considered. Its role in determining the premium, enterprise?s employees deserve, after planned production and sales tasks have been performed, has been shown. Calculations of premium in Zhytomyr repair and engineering plant from the point of view of human capital have been presented. |
