Siliceous materials at the sand pits in Zhytomyr region are studied in order to obtain the final building product (silicate brick) with durable high performance and low cost. The preliminary studies on the use of sands of Irshansk Mining and concentration complex in production of building materials that were conducted by a comprehensive geological expedition of the State Research Institute of Building Production (?yiv) and ?Ukrheobud? tackled the baseline. The check of the process of silicate brick production with sand and siliceous additives was carried out in the factory using all the technological equipment on the basis of PJSC ?Zhytomyr Silicate Products Plant?. In the course of the investigation the possibility of the use of siliceous materials (waste of Irshansk MCC) for the production of silicate bricks M 150?180 (the strength of the brick samples made of IrshanskMining sand-waste was 15,3?18,0 MPa) has been proved that can significantly reduce the cost of silicate brick and increase its demand. |
