In the article the state road transport enterprises in modern conditions. An introduction to transformational changes of road transport enterprises as a mechanism to improve their management. The articles proves criteria for determining the economic efficiency options strategies and assessment of the competitiveness of the motor company. Based on the systematization of scientific developments made in the search for priority areas and modeling strategies and options for transformational change and identified the optimal option strategy and its implementation on the example of JSC ?Vinnitsa haulage 10554?. Based on the analysis of simulation results established that these conditions are most optimal option of creating a new company by combining JSC ?Vinnitsa ATP 10554? with JSC ?Transport Communications?, which is recommended for implementation at JSC ?Vinnitsa haulage 10554?. The purpose of the newly formed company will be the transportation process (fuel supply network of filling stations ?Okko? on the territory of Ukraine) and works on the maintenance of rolling stock in working condition. |
