The article researches the problems of state innovative policy in Ukraine, namely the main regulations of state innovative policy declared in the Concept of scientific and technological and innovative development of Ukraine, which was approved by the Resolution of Supreme Council of Ukraine in July 1999, and is the basic normative law act in the sphere of scientific and innovative activities. Alas, we cannot ascertain the fact that the regulations of ?Conception? were not realized. The author examines the essence of innovative activities in market economy as a determinative indicator of an economic growth of the country and also determines the tasks and main principles of state innovative policy. This caused the increase in efficiency of state mechanism of influence on the economic development of the country. Operational structure of power and legal environment that regulates the issues of innovative activities were created in Ukraine. However, the present structure of state authorities of local self-government has some unsystematic character, which affirms that the development of innovative activities is not paid much attention to by authorities. The article suggests the forms of state support scientific and innovative activities. |
