On the base of the conducted research the article proposes the essence of the term ?corporate governance? as a system of norms, rules, methods, principles and modern management tools, the use of which provides effective functioning of an enterprise and the balance of the stakeholders. It is substantiated that it is expedient to use the social-economic approach for the corporate governance effectiveness evaluation. The author offers the directions of organization corporate governance evaluation within the social-economic approach. The author proposes to investigate the effectiveness of corporate governance within the social, economic and organizational effectiveness. Implementation of the offered process of the enterprise?s corporate governance evaluation allows defining state of enterprise and areas of imbalance of stakeholders? interests in the development of an organization. The received information about the effectiveness of the corporate governance can be used to analyze state and prospects of further development of an enterprise. Implementation of the effective corporate governance system is aimed on the achievement of enterprise?s activity profitability, stable financial state, balance of stakeholders? interests, and high level of corporate culture of the functioning structure. Also the evaluation of the corporate governance effectiveness within the social-economic approach makes it possible to determine the conformity of the management actions and owners of an organization to the strategic objectives within the strategy of development. |
