It has been presented the critical evaluation of the chosen course of land privatization in Ukraine, the legalization of which turned to be a serious mistake of land reform organizers by bringing damage to the state by appropriation the land rent, which is considered to be the product of social labor, and should be cased on the development of social local communities infrastructure as well as on other social needs, but not on the private capital gain. An idea of land socialization as well as the land rent as the necessary condition of rational land usage system affirmation has been defended. |
