В статті розглянуто питання впровадження логістичної комплексної системи для підвищення якості надання логістичних послуг у системі залізничних транспортних перевезень. У роботі зазначено, що перспективним напрямком для України є створення транспортної логістичної системи, що являє собою складний комплекс інфраструктури, транспортних засобів і організацій. Впровадження логістичної комплексної системи на залізниці дозволить виявляти та використовувати господарчо-організаційний резерв на ринку транспортних послуг, встановлювати но- ві господарські зв’язки, мінімізувати витрати при транспортуванні та час доставки. The article discusses the introduction of an integrated system of logistics to improve the quality of logistics services to the rail transport system. The paper noted that promising direction for Ukraine is the creation of transport logistics system, which is a complex infrastructure, vehicles and companies. Implementation of an integrated logistics system on the railway will allow to identify and exploit the economic and organizational provision of transport services in the market, establish new economic ties and minimize costs during transportation and delivery time. In the context of an integrated system of logistics freight terminals perform the following tasks: promote efficiency through the simultaneous solution of not one but several func- tional tasks; It provides the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions; teaches transportation services to a new level; increase and diversify maintenance services; pro- mote attraction of facilities management to various forms of cooperation. To implement the railroad logistics complex system requires the establishment of freight terminals and terminal facilities, conform to the latest requirements and modernization of existing ones. |
