У статті розглянуті питання забезпечення безпеки руху рейкових екіпажів. Виконаний аналіз причин сходу коліс рухливого складу з рейок. Запропоновані заходи зниження аварійності, рисок і погроз безпеці шляхом створення багатофункціональної системи управління і забезпечення безпеки рухом поїздів, з використанням нових технічних засобів і технологій управління, цифрових систем зв'язку і нових методів технічної діагностики.
The questions of providing of safety of motion of rolling stock are considered in the article. The analysis of reasons of derailing of rolling stock is executed. The measures of decline of accident rate are offered, risks and threats safety by creation of multifunction control system and providing of safety motion of trains, with the use of new hardwares and management technologies, digital communication and new methods of technical diagnostics networks. The increase of safety of motion must be arrived at by the decision of task in a complex with perfection of construction, control of the technical state, modes of exploitation, diagnosticians and so on. Combination of different ways of control and authentication allows to provide necessary authenticity and plenitude of initial information about rolling stock, that high-quality promotes efficiency of the informative-managing systems due to diminishing of negative influence of «human factor» and allows to proceed to «prognosis» control system |
