The paper presents the rationale and development of non-invasive information technology of covariance analysis and control of transient modes in the patient's biophysical state during the ultrafiltration procedure. Using the mathematical apparatus of the classical covariance decomposition, we analyzed the bioimpedance signals obtained during the procedure for 7 patients. Global and local trends, obtained as a result of covariance analysis, allow identifying transitional sections of the procedure. Statistical analysis using F - statistics allows significant testing of the bio-impedancemetry signal for the presence and absence of an influencing factor - a negative change in the volume of the vascular bed.
