The textbook "Financial Market" examines the fundamental issues of the theory and practice of financial market functioning. The essence, components, infrastructure, features of functioning of segments of the financial market are determined. The experience of developed countries is generalized. The attention is focused on the problematic issues of the formation and development of the financial market of Ukraine in the context of European integration. Considerable attention is paid to methods of risk analysis in the financial market. The basic concepts and terms are outlined, the main tendencies in development of the financial market are determined. Self-examination provides control questions, tests, practical tasks, examples of solutions to typical tasks, topics for abstracts, which will facilitate the formation of students relevant skills and abilities.
