Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох основних розділів. Об’єктом дослідження виступає підприємство з виробництва кабельно-провідникової продукції. У кваліфікаційній роботі представлені основні методологічні підходи щодо аналізу конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Було проведено оцінку конкурентного середовища та положення досліджуваного підприємства на ньому, як результат розроблено стратегію, заходи, щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності даного підприємства, ПАТ «Одескабель». Master's qualification work consists of three main sections. The object of research is the enterprise for the production of cable-conductor products. In a qualifying work presents the main methodological approaches to the analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise. An evaluation of the competitive environment and the position of the investigated company on it was conducted, as a result, a strategy, measures to increase the competitiveness of this enterprise, PJSC Odeskabel, was developed. |
