| Description |
Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування прибутку на підприємстві “Velle Rosse”, основним видом діяльності якого є надання готельних послуг. В першому розділі роботи розглянути теоретичні аспекти оцінки резервів зростання прибутку в готельному підприємстві. Зокрема, досліджена економічна сутність, функції і види прибутку, джерела його формування, шляхи його збільшення в підприємствах готельного господарства. У другому розділі роботи надана загальна характеристика підприємству, проаналізовано склад і динаміка доходів та витрат підприємства «Velle Rosse», а також етапи формування прибутку від різних видів діяльності і його окремих складових та чистого прибутку. Визначені чинники, що здійснили найбільш позитивний вплив на динаміку підприємства. В третьому розділі викладені розроблені автором рекомендації щодо заходів, які сприяють ресурсозбереженню в готелях, а також розширенню додаткових послуг та, як наслідок, збільшення прибутку підприємства. Надані економічні розрахунки з обґрунтування ефективності та доцільності їх впровадження. Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of generating profit at the enterprise "Velle Rosse", whose main activity is the provision of hotel services. In the first section of the work were examined theoretical aspects of assessing the reserves of profit growth of hotel industry. In particular, the economic essence, functions and types of profit, sources of its formation and ways of its increase in hotel enterprises were investigated. In the second section of the work, general characteristics of the company were given, the structure and dynamics of income and expenses of the enterprise "Velle Rosse" are analyzed, as well as the stages of profit formation from different types of activity and its separate components and net profit. Factors that have had the most positive impact on the dynamics of the enterprise were identified. The third section describes the author's recommendations for measures that promote resource conservation in hotels, as well as the expansion of additional services and, as a consequence, increased profits of the company. Economic calculations to substantiate the effectiveness and feasibility of their implementation were provided. |
