Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – чинні форми та системи оплати праці на одеському підприємстві ТОВ «Цемент». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти встановлення ефективних форм та систем заробітної плати на підприємстві, фактори, що впливають на їх формування та методи діагностики форм та систем оплати праці. Проаналізовано форми та системи оплати праці на ТОВ «Цемент», вплив рівня заробітної плати на ефективність роботи колективу та прибуток підприємства. Запропоновано введення грейдової системи оплати праці на підприємстві, преміювання персоналу за підвищення обсягів виготовленої продукції та преміювання за підсумками роботи за рік. Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study - current forms and systems of remuneration at the Odessa Enterprise Ltd «Cement». Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of of the forms and systems of wages in the enterprise, the factors influencing their formation and methods of diagnostics of forms and systems of remuneration. Аnalysis the forms and systems of remuneration for Ltd «Cement», the effect of the level of wages on the efficiency of the team and the profit of the enterprise. Proposed the introduction of the grading system of salary payment at the enterprise, staff bonuses for the increase in volumes of manufactured products and bonuses based on the results of the year. |
