Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – практичні аспекти впровадження екологічного менеджменту на аграрних підприємствах. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти стосовно термінології органічного виробництва, передумов впровадження органічного виробництва в Україні, зміст вимог стандарту ISO 14001:2015. Проаналізовано європейську та національну законодавчу базу у галузі органічного виробництва та обігу товарів, стан органічного ринку України, екологічний стан сільського господарства України. Запропоновано план розробки та впровадження системи екологічного керування на аграрному підприємстві на прикладі ННЦ Інститут виноградарства і виноробства ім. В. Є. Таїрова. The diploma thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study practical aspects of introduction of ecological management at agrarian enterprises. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects concerning the terminology of organic production, the preconditions for the introduction of organic production in Ukraine, the content of requirements of the standard ISO 14001:2015. The European and national legislative framework in the field of organic production and circulation of goods, the condition of the organic market of Ukraine, and the ecological condition of agriculture in Ukraine were analyzed. The plan for the development and implementation of the ecological management system at the agrarian enterprise was proposed on the example of the NSC «V. E. Tairovʼs Institute of Viticulture and Wine making». |
