Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – підприємство «ITREND». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти інтернет-маркетингу, розглянуто специфіку просування у даній галузі. Проаналізовано маркетингове середовище ринку послуг. На основі аналізу конкурентоспроможності в сфері інтернет та аналізу головних показників аналітиці Google Analytics зроблений подієвий інтернет-маркетинг щодо вдосконалення рекламної кампанії «ITREND». Детально проаналізовано конкурентоспроможність підприємства «ITREND». Розглянуто процес організації рекламних кампаній. Запропоновано вирішення існуючих проблем, шляхом удосконалення процесу організації рекламних кампаній, використання нових методів залучення уваги споживачів через сферу інтернет. Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of research - the enterprise "ITREND". The theoretical aspects of Internet marketing are considered in the work, the specificity of advancement in this field is considered. The marketing environment of the market of services is analyzed. Based on the analysis of Internet competitiveness and analysis of key indicators of Google Analytics, an on-line Internet marketing has been done to improve the ITREND advertising campaign. Competitiveness of "ITREND" company is analyzed in detail. The process of organizing advertising campaigns is considered. The solution of existing problems is proposed, by improving the process of organizing advertising campaigns, using new methods of attracting consumers' attention through the Internet. |
