У роботі розглядаються поняття та сутність маркетингу на споживчому ринку та його відмінність від промислового маркетингу, характеристика B2C як форми електронної комерції на споживчому ринку та комунікаційна політика як елемент комплексу маркетингу підприємств на ринку В2С. Зроблено аналіз застосування маркетингових інструментів та оцінено ефективность використання інтернет-технологій в маркетинговій діяльності ТОВ «Телекарт-прилад». Запропоновано вирішення існуючих проблем, шляхом удосконалення комунікаційної політики, а саме розробкою та впровадження відділу мерчандайзингу інтернет-магазину в структуру ТОВ «Телекарт-прилад». The concept and essence of marketing on the consumer market and its distinction from industrial marketing, B2C characterization as a form of electronic commerce in the consumer market and communication policy as an element of the complex of marketing of the enterprises in the B2C market are considered in the paper. The analysis of the application of marketing tools is made and the efficiency of using Internet technologies in marketing activity of LLC " Telecard-device " is estimated. The solution of existing problems, through improvement of communication policy, namely, the development and implementation of the merchandising department of the Internet store in the structure of LLC "Telecard-device", is proposed. |
